By accessing or using DFXSignals.com (the "Service"), operated by DominateForex LLC, also doing business as DFX LLC, DFALGO, and DFXSignals.com (collectively "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

DFXSignals.com is a private, subscription-based trading signals community providing: - Live BUY, SELL, and CLOSE trading signals with optional chart analysis across Forex, Gold, Indices, and Crypto markets - A private member community chat room - Live and recorded webinars - Educational courses and trading resources - Access to admin-only signal broadcasts and @everyone notifications All signals and content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Membership is limited to a maximum of 200 active seats at any given time.

Access to the Service requires a paid monthly subscription of $40.00 USD, processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected PayPal account. Upon successful payment, your account will be reviewed and manually activated by the administrator. A unique membership code will be assigned to your account upon activation. Membership is non-transferable and personal to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the immediate digital nature of access to signals, content, and community resources, we do not offer refunds on any subscription payments once processed. Exceptions may only be considered under the following conditions: - A formal dispute is raised by the member in writing to admin@dfxsignals.com - The Company makes a genuine attempt to resolve the issue to the member's satisfaction - The resolution is reviewed, evaluated, and approved solely at the Owner's discretion - The Owner formally accepts the resolution as warranting a refund or credit No refund will be issued without explicit written approval from the Owner. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal without first following this resolution process may result in immediate termination of your membership and permanent ban from the Service.

You may cancel your membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your Profile page. Your request will be sent to the administrator who will then cancel the subscription on PayPal and revoke access. Access remains active until the administrator processes the request. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days remaining in the billing cycle.

All signals, content, analysis, commentary, and communications provided through DFXSignals.com are for informational and educational purposes ONLY. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. The Company and its administrators, staff, and contributors are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or investment professionals. Trading Forex, CFDs, Indices, Commodities, and Cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Past performance of any signal or strategy is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.

As a member you agree to: - Not share your login credentials, membership code, or access with any third party - Not copy, redistribute, or resell any signals, content, or materials from the Service - Treat all members and administrators with respect in the community chat - Not post spam, illegal content, hate speech, or abusive messages - Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate membership termination without refund.

All content on DFXSignals.com — including but not limited to signals, analysis, course material, webinar recordings, graphics, text, and the DFXSignals brand name and logo — is the exclusive property of DominateForex LLC dba DFX LLC / DFXSignals.com. All rights reserved. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses resulting from: - Your use of or inability to use the Service - Any signals, content, or recommendations provided - Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account - Any other matter relating to the Service Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and cancel your membership.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DominateForex LLC, DFX LLC, DFALGO, DFXSignals.com, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts of jurisdiction, at the Company's sole election.
